About

RUSTY GEORGE

Rusty is a certified interest-based bargaining (IBB) facilitator. He founded Bargaining Logics LLC to work with school districts, city and county governments, and other businesses and organizations to help them reach collaborative solutions for their unique issues.

Rusty taught high school science for 31 years and loved engaging students with challenging lessons to help them grow as learners, problem solvers and individuals. He was a member of the Uncompahgre Valley Education Association for 30 years and worked on the Montrose County School District Re-1J negotiation team for 10 years.

His work now brings his passion for teaching into helping organizations solve challenges using IBB and other facilitation strategies. Rusty works with people of diverse backgrounds and varied issues using a structured process that guides groups to reach solutions that are effective, sustainable and build stronger relationships.
